Brief Introduction

X-pose Nepal is a pioneer organization carrying a dictum “to end all types of sexual abuse and exploitation”. X-pose Nepal has been involved dedicatedly violence against women since November 2005 in Kathmandu valley with major concentration in outer skirts of urban region. The sexual abuse of children and young people through any kind of exploitation is a fundamental violation of their rights. It is a universal and complex problem, which defies both simplistic analysis and easy answers. It encompasses a range of abusers, different forms of abuse and varies in the type and degree of impact on the victim.

Vision

X-pose Nepal vision is to see a safe society that does not tolerate violence against women and girls and respected.

Mission

X-pose Nepal mission is to work for the respect of the rights of sexually abused and exploited children and women of GBV.

Objectives

To Promote Menstrual Hygiene Management
Plan to organize awareness programme in twenty-three VDCs of Lalitpur districts in violence against women.
Working from a multi-disciplinary perspective
Plan to organize leadership training to the women of women’s group of Lalitpur Metropolitan Municipality, Godawari Municipality and Mahalaxmi Municipality.
Leadership training for women’s group
Inter school essay competition on women issues at all levels.
Awareness programme on sexual abuse and exploitation to the students of forty-seven schools in co-ordination with school management team within Kathmandu Valley.
Positive Thinking Classes for women’s group
Psychosocial support and adaptive resilience in earthquake affected areas
